  • 1 cup sliced pickles (thick slices)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain and thoroughly pat dry the sliced pickles.
  2. Set up a breading station: in one bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper; in another bowl, whisk eggs; in a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with dill weed and garlic powder.
  3. Dredge each pickle slice in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg wash, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
