  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until golden and let cool.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple butter; mix until creamy.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time on low speed to avoid lumps.
  6. Pour filling over cooled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
