Instructions

  4. Beat in the egg one at a time, then add apple cider and molasses until mixed well.
  5. Gradually combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture until just incorporated.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets and roll each ball in granulated sugar before placing on the sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm but centers remain soft; cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
