  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of each muffin liner.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. Fold in diced apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spoon filling into crusts.
  5. In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over each cheesecake.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until set. Cool completely before serving.
