Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick, then transfer it to a greased tart pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in crumbled goat cheese.
- Arrange asparagus spears over the pastry base and pour the egg mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center. Let cool slightly before serving.
