Description

Asparagus and Goat Cheese Tart is a beautifully simple dish that combines flaky pastry, fresh asparagus, and creamy goat cheese for an unforgettable spring treat.

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 4 oz creamy goat cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick, then transfer it to a greased tart pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in crumbled goat cheese.
  3. Arrange asparagus spears over the pastry base and pour the egg mixture on top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center. Let cool slightly before serving.
