- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Cook ziti pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half of the mozzarella and some Parmesan until smooth.
- Add marinara sauce to browned sausage; simmer for five minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the pasta, half of the meat sauce mixture, and half of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
