- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Create the pastry dough by mixing flour and sugar in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes in plastic wrap to prevent shrinkage.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out chilled dough to 1/8 inch thick and cut into circles.
- Press circles into muffin tins, bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fill cooled pastry shells with whipped cream and top with fresh berries.
