Description

Blackened Salmon Caesar Wraps offer a delightful fusion of smoky, tender salmon and crisp romaine lettuce, all enveloped in a soft tortilla. Ingredients

  • 2 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tsp blackening spice
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets.
  2. Rub the blackening spice over both sides of the salmon fillets.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and sear the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until crispy.
  4. Lay tortillas flat; add romaine lettuce and cooked salmon to the center.
  5. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to secure. Slice in half if desired and serve warm.
