  • 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Create a well in the dry mix and add Greek yogurt, eggs, and honey/maple syrup. Mix gently until just combined to maintain fluffiness.
