Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties (about 2 oz each).
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each patty for about 3 minutes on each side until browned.
