Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties (about 2 oz each).
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each patty for about 3 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Assemble by placing half the slider buns in the baking dish, topping with patties, cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Cap with remaining buns.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes until heated through and cheese melts.
