- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
- Prepare linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Beef:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add Cheese:
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Stir in shredded mozzarella and let it melt into the sauce.
- Combine Beef and Sauce:
- Add the cooked ground beef to the Alfredo sauce and stir well.
- Toss with Linguine:
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss until the pasta is fully coated with the cheesy Alfredo and beef mixture.
- Serve:
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
