  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • Prepare linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Beef:
    • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
    • Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add Cheese:
    • Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Stir in shredded mozzarella and let it melt into the sauce.
  5. Combine Beef and Sauce:
    • Add the cooked ground beef to the Alfredo sauce and stir well.
  6. Toss with Linguine:
    • Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss until the pasta is fully coated with the cheesy Alfredo and beef mixture.
  7. Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

  • Substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
