  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying (approximately 1/4 cup)

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
