  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium optional)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken breasts dry and place on a cutting board.
