Description

Chicken Caesar Wraps are a delicious and convenient meal that transforms a classic salad into a portable delight.   • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (for marinade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let cool slightly.
  3. Meanwhile, chop the romaine lettuce and mince the garlic.
  4. Once the chicken is cooled, slice it into strips. In a bowl, combine sliced chicken, romaine, minced garlic, and Caesar dressing; mix well.
  5. Place a generous scoop of the mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
  6. Slice wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
