Instructions

  3. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined (lumps are okay).

  5. Pour batter onto the hot griddle in desired sizes. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2-3 minutes).
  6. Flip pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
