  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1 cup of cold cranberry juice; let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the bloomed gelatin mixture with 2 cups of heated cranberry juice. Stir until fully dissolved.
