  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until pink (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds).
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  6. Combine the drained pasta with the sauce and shrimp in the skillet. Toss well and garnish with fresh parsley.
