  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
