  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups baby spinach

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  2. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, scraping up any bits stuck to the pan. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and dried herbs.
  4. Add spinach to the sauce, stirring until wilted. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Fold cooked orzo into the skillet, adding reserved pasta water as needed to combine everything evenly.
