These golden, crispy ravioli bites are the perfect appetizer or snack. Made in the air fryer, they’re quick, easy, and coated in a cheesy, herby crust that tastes like a million bucks!
Ingredients

- 1 package (9 oz) fresh ravioli (cheese or your favorite filling)
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Cooking spray
- Marinara or Alfredo sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Prep the Coating:
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Coat the Ravioli:
- Dip each ravioli in the egg wash, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Air Fry the Ravioli:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve:
- Serve hot with marinara or Alfredo sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Use frozen ravioli if fresh isn’t available—just thaw them before coating.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
- To reheat leftovers, pop them back into the air fryer for 3–4 minutes.
