Description

These golden, crispy ravioli bites are the perfect appetizer or snack. Made in the air fryer, they’re quick, easy, and coated in a cheesy, herby crust that tastes like a million bucks!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (9 oz) fresh ravioli (cheese or your favorite filling)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Cooking spray
  • Marinara or Alfredo sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Coating:
    • In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
    • In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley.
  2. Coat the Ravioli:
    • Dip each ravioli in the egg wash, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Air Fry the Ravioli:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
    • Arrange the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
    • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve:
    • Serve hot with marinara or Alfredo sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Use frozen ravioli if fresh isn’t available—just thaw them before coating.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
  • To reheat leftovers, pop them back into the air fryer for 3–4 minutes.
