- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breasts in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Shred into bite-sized pieces.
- If making homemade Alfredo sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic, then whisk in heavy cream and Parmesan until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix in spinach if desired.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into circles about 6 inches wide.
