  • 23 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 1 cup homemade or store-bought Alfredo sauce
  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breasts in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Shred into bite-sized pieces.
  2. If making homemade Alfredo sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic, then whisk in heavy cream and Parmesan until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix in spinach if desired.
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into circles about 6 inches wide.
  5. Spoon filling onto one half of each dough circle, sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray calzones with olive oil spray and air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
