  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 6 sheets phyllo dough
  • 4 tbsp chili honey (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (basil or oregano), chopped
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts (optional), toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface; brush lightly with olive oil. Layer another sheet on top.
  3. Place small pieces of feta at one end along with herbs and pine nuts if using. Roll tightly into a log shape.
  4. Brush the top of each roll with olive oil and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drizzle with chili honey before serving and enjoy!
