- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
