Ingredients

  • 12 oz frozen pierogi (your favorite filling)
  • 14 oz smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until translucent.
  2. In the crockpot, layer half of the frozen pierogi on the bottom followed by half of the sliced kielbasa and sautéed onions.
  3. Spread half of the cream of mushroom soup over the layers.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  7. In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
