Instructions
- Drain pickle chips thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour (flour, paprika, garlic powder), another with buttermilk, and the last with a mix of flour and cornmeal.
- Dip each pickle in the seasoned flour, then into the buttermilk, and finally coat in the flour-cornmeal mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry pickles in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
