Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, parsley or cilantro, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 1-inch thick.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the rissoles without overcrowding.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
