Description

Indulge in crispy, juicy Air Fryer Chicken Rissoles, bursting with flavor and perfect for any meal or gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, parsley or cilantro, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties, about 1-inch thick.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the rissoles without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
