Description

Buffalo chicken stuffed peppers are a vibrant, flavorful dish that combines tender peppers with a spicy buffalo chicken filling. Perfect for game day or family dinners, they are sure to impress everyone.


Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. Place them upright in a baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Stuff each bell pepper with the mixture, pressing down gently.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with green onions, and serve warm.
