Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.
  2. Fill the Pizza Bombs:
    • Spread 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each dough circle.
    • Place 2 slices of pepperoni and a generous sprinkle of shredded mozzarella on top.
    • Pinch the edges of the dough to seal the filling inside, forming a ball.

    • Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
    • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
    • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

    • Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Customize the filling with your favorite pizza toppings like mushrooms, olives, or cooked sausage.
