- 16 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.
- Fill the Pizza Bombs:
- Spread 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each dough circle.
- Place 2 slices of pepperoni and a generous sprinkle of shredded mozzarella on top.
- Pinch the edges of the dough to seal the filling inside, forming a ball.
- Bake the Bombs:
- Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve:
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
