Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Grilled chicken breast

  • Hard-boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (about 5-7 minutes). Drain and crumble.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, grill over medium-high heat until golden brown (6-8 minutes per side).
  4. Boil eggs for 9-12 minutes; cool under running water, then peel.

  6. Drizzle red wine vinaigrette just before serving.
