Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Doritos (any flavor; Nacho Cheese or Cool Ranch recommended)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese, chives, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.
  2. Stuff the Doritos:
    • Carefully open one side of each Dorito chip to create a pocket without breaking it completely.
    • Use a small spoon or piping bag to fill each chip with the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Chill:
    • Arrange stuffed chips on a tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to allow the filling to set.
  4. Serve:
