  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ cup tonkatsu sauce
  • 2 green onions (sliced for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and pound to an even thickness.
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 4-5 minutes per side).
  5. Drain excess oil on paper towels and slice chicken into strips.
