Description

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Olive slices or carrot pieces for decoration

Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool and Peel: Transfer eggs to an ice bath until cool. Tap and roll each egg under your palm to crack the shell, then peel.
  3. Prepare the Filling: Halve each egg lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Create Chick Shapes: Use a piping bag or plastic bag with the corner snipped off to pipe the yolk mixture into each egg white half.
  5. Add Features: Decorate with olive slices or carrot pieces for eyes and beaks.
  6. Serve: Arrange on a platter and enjoy fresh!
