Description

Easter Dip is a creamy, vibrant spread bursting with fresh herbs and colorful veggies, perfect for your spring celebrations and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (mix of colors)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Stir in diced bell peppers, chives, parsley, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
