- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles in boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Let cool before shredding.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
