  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 egg yolk mixed with 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pre-made pie crust on a floured surface; cut into 3×4 inch rectangles.
  3. In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
  4. Place one rectangle on a parchment-lined baking sheet; spoon about one tablespoon of filling onto the center. Top with another rectangle and seal edges.
  5. Brush the tops with the egg wash for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Whisk powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze; drizzle over warm pop tarts before serving.
