- 1 cup fresh cranberries (or frozen)
- 2 cups dried breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped

- 2 tsp fresh thyme (or dried)
- 2 tsp fresh sage (or dried)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Add the ground sausage, cooking and breaking it apart until browned and fully cooked.
- In a large bowl, mix the sausage mixture with cranberries, breadcrumbs, herbs, and chicken broth until well combined.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl and then incorporate into the mixture. Form golf ball-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
