  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the chopped mangoes until smooth.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and salt; blend until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  5. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds briefly and gently pull out the pops.
