Ingredients

  • 10 graham crackers (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz chocolate bars (chopped)
  • 2 cups large marshmallows
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and salt until mixed well. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  4. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming, then pour over chopped chocolate bars. Let sit for a few minutes and stir until smooth.
  5. Fold mini marshmallows into the chocolate filling and pour over the cooled crust, spreading evenly.
  6. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
