  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  2. Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.

  4. Reduce heat and add heavy cream, stirring continuously. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth; season with Italian herbs.
  5. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and place them in a baking dish. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells; sprinkle more cheese if desired.
