- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Clean and slice the mushrooms evenly.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic during the last minute of cooking.
- In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the sautéed mushrooms and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Finish by adding chopped green onions before serving.
