  • 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Stir in Golden Grahams until fully coated.
  3. Remove from heat; fold in half of the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish using a spatula or greased hands.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden on top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and marshmallows on top while warm. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
