Description

Gooey Salted Caramel Cupcakes are a delightful blend of rich chocolate and luscious caramel, topped with creamy frosting. Perfect for celebrations or a sweet treat any time!


Ingredients

  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Brown Sugar
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Salted Caramel Sauce
  • Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter until fluffy; gradually add the sugars and mix well.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in milk until combined.
  6. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  7. Spoon half of the batter into cupcake liners, add salted caramel sauce, then top with remaining batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before frosting.
