Instructions

  1. Rinse artichokes under cold water and trim the top inch and stems for stability.
  2. Remove tough outer leaves until tender leaves are exposed.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and minced garlic; brush over artichokes.
  4. Preheat grill to medium heat (375°F). Grill marinated artichokes for 25-30 minutes until tender and charred.
  5. For the aioli, combine mayonnaise with minced garlic and lemon juice; season to taste.
