- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add the ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned, breaking it up as you go. Season with salt and pepper.
