  • 1 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pumpkin seeds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped nuts, and dried fruits until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine nut butter and honey until smooth. Pour over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is coated.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish using a spatula or greased hands.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
