Description

Decadent Buttery Lobster Mac & Cheese is a luxurious dish that combines creamy cheese, tender pasta, and succulent lobster for an indulgent culinary experience.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in the same pot over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth; cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and fold in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Gently mix in lobster meat and seasonings until well combined.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with panko breadcrumbs, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
