- 1 cup cooked lobster meat
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same pot over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth; cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and fold in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Gently mix in lobster meat and seasonings until well combined.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with panko breadcrumbs, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
