Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and crumbled.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally. Spread pesto sauce on the bottom halves and layer with cooked sausage.
- Add provolone cheese slices and roasted red peppers on top.
- Replace the tops of the buns, brush with olive oil, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
