  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded cheese, ground flaxseed, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper if using. Mix until well-blended.
  3. Add the egg and stir until fully incorporated into a thick, moldable dough.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each between two sheets of parchment paper until about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Place the flattened chips on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
