- 2 lbs lamb shoulder, bone-in, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 medium carrots, chopped
- 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, diced

- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary

Instructions
- Season the lamb with salt and pepper. Chop the vegetables.
