Description

Lemon Cheesecake Crescent Rolls are a delectable treat that combines tangy lemon with creamy cheesecake, all wrapped in flaky crescent dough. Perfect for any gathering or indulgent snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly from wide to narrow.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow cooling slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
